does not guarantee that the information provided on this site is currently
accurate, and the presentation of products and services on this website is not
deemed as a guarantee of sale, rather a point of information. Only a
COMPLETED and PAID online order or written contract with a
representative of Power House Diesel will involve Power House Diesel in a legal
and binding contract of sale from this website.
Affiliates
Power
House Diesel does not provide any guarantee for any products or services
purchased from our affiliates advertised on our web pages, and will not be held
liable or responsible for any of their actions. Any issues with our affiliates
must be taken up with the affiliate directly.
Warranty
All
products sold by Power House Diesel are backed by the manufacturers original
warranty. We do not provide or
include any extended warranty. All
warranty issues will follow the guidelines for repair or replace that are
implemented by the manufacturer.
Important: There will be
absolutely no compensation awarded to the customer for any inconvenience that
may be caused. All warranty
exchanges will be shipped by ground services only. Please check with your local dealership
with questions relating to your truck’s factory
warranty.
Back
Order
Products
not in stock will be placed on backorder since products on backorder will ship
from the manufacturer without prior notice to us, we must secure payment at the
time the backorder is placed. Your
credit card will be charged and you will be notified of the backorder status as
soon as we are informed of it. We
will not reimburse financing fees charged by credit card companies and there
will be no compensation of any kind for the inconvenience of your order being on
backorder. If you choose to cancel
your order within 3 business days of being notified of the back order, will
credit the full amount of the unshipped products back to your card. If cancellation occurs anytime after 3
days a 20% fee will be charged. If
you choose to cancel and the order has already shipped (even if less than 3
business days) it will be treated as a standard return. The customer assumes all return shipping
costs, plus there will be a 20% restocking fee charged.
Disputes
Power
House Diesel is based in the state of Minnesota, U.S.A., and will be
governed by all applicable law therein. Any disputes will be settled in Ramsey
County, MN, USA. This site is subject to change without notice. Usage of this
website (www.powerhousediesel.com) and any subpages therein will constitute an
