Return Policy

Power House Diesel believes strongly in customer satisfaction, and that is why purchases made from us, in most cases, are refundable. If you receive a product that you do not want for any reason, simply use the RMA form below.

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any parts that have been installed.

Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of purchase.  We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date on the invoice.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all uninstalled returned items.

We are very careful when we ship your products to you and do our best to always ship the correct quantity.  But in the event that there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days. 

Exhaust kits are designed to fit the most common applications for each vehicle.  On rare occasions, due to some inconsistencies between one vehicle of the same model and year to another, some additional parts or tubing may be required to complete your exhaust system.  On these rare occasions, if it is determined that the correct part was shipped for the vehicle application information that was provided at the time of sale.  The customer assumes all costs (parts and shipping) for any additional parts that may be needed to complete the exhaust systems.  Installed exhaust systems are not returnable.  

MAKING A RETURN

When making a return, please follow the directions below:

1.                  Submit your information to the www.powerhousediesel.com returns department. Once you complete this submission, your will get an RMA number with all of the necessary information on the screen.

2.                  With your return include the following:

·         A print out of your completed RMA request

·         The original invoice or a copy of the original invoice

3.                  All Returns are subject to reviewal by the www.powerhousediesel.com Returns Department. www.powerhousediesel.com will replace/repair the item and will only refund the purchase if a suitable replacement can not be made.

4.                  Any returns made for damages incurred during shipping that were not insured by the buyer, can not be accepted.  If you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible.  Always save the original packing materials for inspection.

5.                  Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing for an exchange.

6.                  Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of purchase.

7.                  www.powerhousediesel.com reserves the right to research all returns and problems with orders. Repeated returns and excessive damage to product may or may not be replaced.

8.                  Carefully repackage the item. When sending back merchandise, www.powerhousediesel.com also recommends that you send your return via an insured carrier. www.powerhousediesel.com is not responsible for lost returns.

Any returns submitted without an approved RMA number, cannot be processed and will be held for return shipping.
